The 3.7V 555165 2000mAh soft pack battery is a lithium polymer battery with a nominal voltage of 3.7V and a capacity of 2000mAh. This lithium polymer battery provides stable and durable power support for portable entertainment devices and consumer electronics through its 2000mah capacity and compact soft pack structure.

The features of this battery include: lightweight design, compact size, high energy density, low self-discharge rate and long cycle life. Using high-quality raw materials – lithium cobalt alloy or lithium ternary and soft aluminium foil – the lightweight battery and compact design is able to maintain stable electrical output performance over repeated charge/discharge cycles.

To ensure greater battery safety, an integrated protection circuit board (Battery PCB) protects the battery against overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, overheating, and short-circuit with a response time as low as 1-3 milliseconds. This protection system significantly improves the operational safety of consumer devices and other equipment.In terms of manufacturing process, the entire lipo battery production process is completed in a highly automated production line and a clean room with strict humidity control. The combination of a medical-grade workshop environment and MES system ensures high consistency, traceability and stable output quality for each battery.In terms of customisation, cable interfaces, discharge current and temperature requirements can all be fully customised to achieve seamless integration with various mechanical structures and electronic systems.In application scenarios, it can continuously and stably output about 3.6V-3.7V, providing reliable power for bubble machines that require continuous motor operation, dancing robotic toys with smooth movements, and karaoke microphones that require long playing time and stable audio performance.
