The VTCBATT 6.4V 600mAh IFR14500-2S1P LiFePO4 battery pack is built with two 3.2V IFR14500 600mAh cylindrical cells in a 2S1P configuration and an integrated 2S protection board. It provides a 6.4V nominal output, 7.3V maximum charging voltage, up to 600mA continuous charging current, and up to 1200mA continuous discharging current. With a compact pack size of 52 x 29 x 15 mm max and an approximate weight of 70g, this battery pack is suitable for small equipment requiring a safer lithium iron phosphate chemistry, stable discharge performance, and factory-supported customization.

PCB with NTC

VTCBATT batteries are provided with NTC(Negative Temperature Coefficient), a kind of temperature sense to decrease the resistance as the temperature increases, allowing accurate temperature monitoring of the batteries. The NTC plays a critical role in improving the battery reliability and safety.

F14500/600 Battery Cycle Life Performance

Retention of F14500/600 cells during 0.5C charge and 1C discharge cycling.
Two test samples maintain high retention over 3000 cycles, with gradual capacity decline. Sample 2 remains slightly more stable, while Sample 1 shows a sharper  decrease near the final cycles.
