Its optimized internal structure ensures excellent heat dissipation and reliable performance during repeated high-current discharge cycles.
Featuring low internal resistance and 20C–120C high burst discharge capability, the battery can discharge maximum power instantaneously without rapid temperature increase, ensuring smooth startup, high torque, and efficient power delivery. Discharge rate, wire gauge, connectors, and form factor can be customized to meet specific equipment requirements. To ensure ultimate safety, its internal structure is integrated with an advanced battery protection circuit board (battery PCB), providing full protection against overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, over-temperature, and short circuit, with 1–3 ms fast response. The whole Li-Po battery production process is conducted on high-automation production lines inside medical-grade, dust-free workshops with strict humidity control, supported by an intelligent MES quality management system.
